This company is also known as "The Best Little Paper Company in Arkansas". We can't think of a better way to describe it. It was established back in 1992 by Kit, the artist for Odd Balls. She handcrafts images from her roots of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She has enjoyed painting her entire life with a wild knack for exquisite watercolor. The Odd Balls brand has a distinct charm. The cards are able to create a mood. Setting the scene with perfection for many different occasions. The vast selection of their watercolor images is incredible.
