Transit Times and Restrictions

Polka Dot Design offers shipping via FedEx. You may select from Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air.

Ground:		1 - 5 business days depending on your location [Monday - Friday]
3-Day Select:		3 business days [Monday - Friday]
2-Day Air:		2 business days [Monday - Friday]
Next Day Air:		Next business day [Monday - Friday]

Please Note: The day your order ships does not count as a shipping day. For instance, if your order ships on Monday and you requested Next Day Air shipping, you will receive the order on Tuesday; 2-Day Air, you will receive the order on Wednesday; 3-Day Select, Thursday.

Saturday and Sunday are not business days. FedEx deliveries are made on weekdays only. FedEx Saturday delivery is the only service in which you will receive your order on Saturday. Saturday delivery is a special service and must be requested in advance. Your order must meet several requirements to qualify for Saturday delivery. Please contact one of our Customer Care Representatives if you are interested in this service.

Restrictions:

	Polka Dot Design processes and ships packages Monday through Friday.
	Polka Dot Design does not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national holidays.
	FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical address, either residential or business, for shipping.
	Polka Dot Design is not able to process shipments using other accounts or shipper numbers.

Once a package has shipped, FedEx is not able to upgrade the transit time. Please let us know in advance if you need to change your shipping method.

Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions out of Polka Dot Design's control. We will try to inform you if there are any delays to your order

Polka Dot Design often ships blank stock orders from the manufacturer directly to your home. Custom printed invitation orders ship from the Polka Dot Design facility in Texas.

Bloomers Diaper Cakes, Midori products, Picture Perfect and Sugar Cookies Custom Printed Stickers & Labels, Noteworthy Personalized Stamps and Three Designing Women Personalized Stamps & Embossers are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Additional shipping charges will apply when ordering any of these items in conjunction with stationery products, and these items will ship Ground. In order to expedite beyond Ground level service for these items, it is necessary to place them as a separate order.

Below you will find the processing times for each manufacturer. Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer's location in relation to your shipping location. Typically you will receive a ground shipment 1-5 business days after the order has left the facility.
